As members continue learning and practicing, improved fitness, strength, endurance, confidence, and healthy weight loss become natural results of the journey.
The goal is to stay committed to the process instead of becoming discouraged by daily or weekly changes on the scale.
Each Treadmill Boss level represents approximately two months of dedicated training. As you complete each stage, you'll earn the next progression level while building movement skills, strength, endurance, confidence, and consistency.
Each level is earned through commitment, consistency, and demonstrated mastery — not simply by completing time.

I started my Treadmill Boss journey at 274 pounds as a beginner. By the time I reached Black Level, I weighed 191 pounds.
My biggest lesson was that I stopped chasing the scale and started mastering the process. As I focused on consistency, movement, strength, and progression, the physical transformation followed.
The Treadmill Boss Progression System is designed to keep your attention on becoming better each day. Better health, increased strength, improved endurance, and healthy weight loss are the natural rewards of staying committed to the journey.
